Bugün sizlerle Türk mutfağının vazgeçilmezi olan dolma tarifini paylaşacağım. Bu lezzetli meze, yaprak sarması olarak da bilinen dolma, genellikle üzüm yaprağı kullanılarak hazırlanır. Hem sağlıklı hem de lezzetli olan dolma, sofraların vazgeçilmezidir. İşte dolma tarifi:
Malzemeler:
- Taze üzüm yaprakları
- 1 su bardağı pirinç
- 1 büyük soğan
- Yarım su bardağı zeytinyağı
- 1 diş sarımsak
- Yarım demet maydanoz
- Yarım çay bardağı kuş üzümü
- Tuz, karabiber, limon suyu
Yapılışı:
1. Üzüm yapraklarını kaynar suda haşlayıp soğumaya bırakın.
2. Pirinci yıkayıp süzün. Soğanı küçük küçük doğrayın.
3. Bir tavada zeytinyağını ısıtın, soğanı ekleyip kavurun.
4. Üzerine pirinci ekleyip kavurmaya devam edin.
5. Daha sonra ince kıyılmış maydanoz, kuş üzümü, ezilmiş sarımsak, tuz, karabiber ve limon suyunu ekleyip karıştırın.
6. Dolma harcını yaprakların üzerine yayın ve sarın.
7. Tencereye dizerek üzerlerine limon dilimleri yerleştirin.
8. Üzerini geçecek kadar su ekleyip kısık ateşte pişirin.
9. Pişen dolmalarınızı soğuduktan sonra servis yapabilirsiniz.
