Ingredients:
- 1 jar of grape leaves
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 1/4 cup of currants
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- Greek yogurt, for serving

Instructions:
1. Start by rinsing the grape leaves under cold water to remove any brine.
2. In a large bowl, combine the rice, onion, pine nuts, currants, dill, parsley, mint, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Place a grape leaf flat on a work surface, shiny side down. Add a spoonful of the rice mixture to the center of the leaf.
4. Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly, similar to a cigar.
5. Continue filling and rolling the grape leaves until all the filling is used.
6. Place the stuffed grape leaves in a large pot in a single layer, seam side down.
7. Pour the vegetable broth over the grape leaves and drizzle with lemon juice.
8. Cover the pot and cook over medium-low heat for about 30-40 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the grape leaves are tender.
9. Once cooked, remove the grape leaves from the pot and let them cool slightly.
10. Serve the Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolma) warm or at room temperature, garnished with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
