Türk mutfağında lezzetli tatlılar arasında pistachio (antep fıstığı) oldukça popüler bir malzemedir. Özellikle kadayıf tatlısı, pistachio ile harika bir lezzet kombinasyonu oluşturur. Bugün size pistachio kadayıf tatlısı tarifini paylaşacağım.
Pistachio kadayıf tatlısı yapmak için ilk olarak gerekli malzemeleri hazırlamanız gerekmektedir. İşte tarif için ihtiyacınız olan malzemeler:
- Yarım kilogram kadayıf
- 250 gram tereyağı veya margarin
- 2 su bardağı iri kıyılmış pistachio
- 2 su bardağı toz şeker
- 2 su bardağı su
- 2 yemek kaşığı limon suyu
- Bir tutam tarçın
Tarifimize başlamadan önce fırını 180 dereceye kadar ısıtın. Ardından kadayıfları tel tel ayırarak geniş bir kaba alın. Eritilmiş tereyağını kadayıfların üzerine döküp iyice karıştırın. Karışımı fırın tepsisine yayarak üzerini düzgünce kaplayın.
Diğer bir kapta pistachio ve tarçını karıştırın. Bu karışımı kadayıfların üzerine eşit şekilde serpin. Fırında altın rengini alana kadar pişirin.
Tatlı fırındayken, şerbeti hazırlamak için suyu, şekeri ve limon suyunu tencerede kaynatın. Şerbetin kıvamı iyice yoğunlaşınca ocaktan alın.
Fırından çıkardığınız kadayıfın üzerine sıcak şerbeti dökün ve tatlıyı ılık olarak servis yapın. Afiyet olsun!
