Klasik Türk Lokumu Tarifi
Bugün size klasik bir Türk lokumu tarifi vereceğim. Bu tarif, Türk mutfağının en sevilen tatlılarından biri olan Türk lokumunu evde kolayca yapmanıza olanak tanır.
Malzemeler:
- 3 su bardağı toz şeker
- 1 su bardağı su
- Yarım limonun suyu
- 1 su bardağı nişasta
- 1 su bardağı su
- Bir tutam pudra şekeri veya Hindistancevizi rendesi (servis için)
Hazırlık:
1. Geniş bir tencerede toz şekeri ve 1 su bardağı suyu karıştırın. Orta ateşte şeker eriyene kadar karıştırarak kaynatın.
2. Limon suyunu ekleyin ve karıştırın. Şeker suyu şeffaf hale gelene kadar kaynatmaya devam edin.
3. Ayrı bir kapta nişasta ve 1 su bardağı suyu karıştırın. Pürüzsüz bir karışım elde etmek için iyice çırpın.
4. Şeker suyu iyice kaynadığında, nişasta karışımını ekleyin. Sürekli karıştırarak koyu bir kıvam alana kadar pişirin.
5. Hazırladığınız karışımı yağlı kağıt serilmiş bir tepsiye dökün. Üzerini düzleştirip oda sıcaklığında soğumaya bırakın.
6. Soğuyan karışımı küp şeklinde keserek dilimleyin. Pudra şekeri veya Hindistancevizi rendesi ile süsleyerek servis yapın.
