Malzemeler:
- 500 gram un
- 1 su bardağı su
- Yarım paket instant maya
- 1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı
- 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
- Üzeri için; pekmez suyu ve susam
Yapılışı:
1. Geniş bir karıştırma kabında unu ve tuzu karıştırın.
2. Mayayı suyun içinde eritin ve karışıma ekleyin.
3. Zeytinyağını da ekleyip ele yapışmayan bir hamur elde edene kadar yoğurun.
4. Hamuru 1 saat kadar dinlendirin.
5. Dinlenen hamurdan parçalar kopararak simit şekli verin.
6. Simitleri pekmez suyuna batırıp susama bulayın.
7. 200 derece ısıtılmış fırında simitler hafifçe kızarana kadar pişirin.
Hazırladığınız mis gibi simitleri çayınız veya kahveniz ile birlikte keyifle tüketebilirsiniz. Üzerindeki susamların çıtırlığı, içindeki yumuşacık dokusuyla bu simit tarifi sizi mest edecek. Denemek isteyenlere şimdiden afiyet olsun!
