Merhaba sevgili okuyucular! Bugün sizlere nefis bir baklava tarifi paylaşacağım: Antep fıstıklı baklava tarifi!
Malzemeler:
- 1 paket baklavalık yufka
- 250 gram tuzsuz Antep fıstığı
- 250 gram tereyağı
- 1 su bardağı şeker
- 1 su bardağı su
- Yarım limon suyu
- Tarçın
Yapılışı:
1. İlk olarak fıstıkları robottan geçirerek iri parçalar haline getirin.
2. Bir tencerede su ve şekeri kaynatın. Limon suyunu ekleyerek şurup kıvamına getirin ve soğumaya bırakın.
3. Eritilmiş tereyağını geniş bir tepsiye sürün.
4. Yufkaları tek tek tepsiye serin, her bir yufkaya bolca eritilmiş tereyağı sürün.
5. Üzerine fıstık serpin ve tekrar yufka koyarak işlemi devam ettirin.
6. En üst kat yufkayı yerleştirdikten sonra baklavayı dilimleyin.
7. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında altın sarısı olana kadar pişirin.
8. Fırından çıkan sıcak baklavanın üzerine soğumuş şurubu dökün.
9. Tarçın serperek servis edebilirsiniz.
