Merhaba tatlı severler! Bugün sizlere enfes bir tarif ile geldik: Çikolatalı baklava tarifi! Geleneksel lezzetimiz baklavayı çikolata ile buluşturarak muhteşem bir lezzet deneyimi yaşamaya hazır mısınız? İşte çikolatalı baklava tarifimiz:
Malzemeler:
- 1 paket baklava yufkası
- 250 gram tuzsuz tereyağı
- 2 su bardağı iri çekilmiş ceviz içi
- 200 gram çikolata parçacıkları
- Şerbeti için: 3 su bardağı şeker, 3 su bardağı su, yarım limon suyu
Yapılışı:
1. İlk olarak tereyağını eritip kenara alın. Fırınınızı 180 dereceye ayarlayın.
2. Baklava yufkalarını tezgaha serin ve erittiğiniz tereyağını her bir yufkaya fırça yardımıyla sürün.
3. Üzerine ceviz içi serpin ve çikolata parçacıklarını ekleyin.
4. Yufkaları rulo şeklinde sarın ve baklava dilimleri şeklinde kesin.
5. Kesilen baklava dilimlerini yağlanmış fırın tepsisine dizin.
6. Önceden ısıtılmış fırında altın rengini alana kadar pişirin.
7. Şerbet için su ve şekeri kaynatın. Limon suyunu ekleyip soğumaya bırakın.
8. Fırından çıkan sıcak baklavaların üzerine soğuyan şerbeti dökün.
9. Tatlıyı dinlenmeye bırakın ve oda sıcaklığına geldikten sonra afiyetle yiyebilirsiniz.
