Haydari, Türk mutfağında sıklıkla bulunan ve genellikle ana yemeklerin yanında veya mezelerle birlikte servis edilen bir yoğurtlu sostur. Yoğurt bazlı bu lezzetli dip sos, pratik ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlanabilir ve misafirlerinize veya ailenize ikram etmek için harika bir seçenektir.
İşte size evinizde kolayca yapabileceğiniz Haydari tarifi:
Malzemeler:
- 1 su bardağı süzme yoğurt
- 2 diş rendelenmiş sarımsak
- Yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı
- Tuz
- Kuru nane veya taze doğranmış maydanoz (servis için)
Yapılışı:
1. Bir karıştırma kabında süzme yoğurdu pürüzsüz bir kıvama gelene kadar çırpın.
2. Yoğurdun içine rendelenmiş sarımsak ve tuz ekleyerek karıştırın.
3. Zeytinyağını yavaşça yoğurdun içine ekleyerek karıştırmaya devam edin.
4. Karışımı buzdolabında en az yarım saat dinlendirin.
5. Servis yapmadan önce üzerine kuru naneyi veya taze doğranmış maydanozu serpip, afiyetle servis edebilirsiniz.
